Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch orders quickly and provide reliable delivery across the UK.

Orders are sent using Royal Mail delivery services. Most orders are expected to arrive within 1–2 working days after dispatch, although delivery times may occasionally vary due to factors outside our control.

Free UK delivery is available on orders of £40 or more.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking or delivery updates will be provided where available.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. VAPELLO cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
